A trademark with effect in Germany can be filed as a community trademark, as an international trademark designating Germany, or as a national trademark (German trademark).

Here is the cost for filing a German trademark application in three classes :

- Official fee 300 € + attorney fee 425 € = 725 €.

 (For each additional class : Official fee 100 € + attorney fee 75 € = 175 €)

- Claim to priority : attorney fee 100 €

- Filing the priority document : attorney fee 100 €
